Energy sessions involve channeling healing energy through gentle touch or hovering hands to promote relaxation and energy balance, in a peaceful setting.
Akashic sessions blend intuitive insight with energy healing. The Akashic Records—believed to hold a soul's energetic blueprint— are accessed while channeling Reiki energy to promote clarity, healing, and balance on a deeper spiritual level.
CNS energy and acupressure sessions combine energy healing with targeted pressure points to support the central nervous system. This approach helps release tension, restore balance, and promote relaxation and overall well-being.

I am writing this letter to support the application of Heather Peck and join the Reiki study at the University of Utah.
I remember speaking to my old hairdresser when she shared the healing benefits of her friend Heather. She had health issues and found Reiki helped alleviate her muscle and joint soreness.
A few months later, I joined the Executive MBA at the Eccles Business School. During my third week, I had a medical emergency. During my first mammogram at the Intermountain clinic, I fainted. During the fall, I hit the back of my head with the corner of a desk and the cement floor. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where I had to get stitches and be monitored for concussion.
The fall was attributed to the nurse not sharing tips on “how not to lock my knees” and arm positioning. Still, there was also an emotional aspect related to my partner's ex-wife and mother of my steps sons who passed away just a few months prior. She had breast cancer.
After a couple of weeks, I knew I needed help balancing my stress and ongoing pain. I was starting to get pain around my sciatic nerve and ongoing headaches. It was then that I thought about Heather. She was very welcoming and friendly. She took the time to explain what happens during a reiki session and what to expect from one or more sessions. I will never forget the feeling when she removed one of the crystals she placed on my sternum. It felt like she had lifted a heavy weight, and I could breathe again.
I could feel the energy flowing, and within a day or two, I could feel and see the difference. My posture had changed, and the headaches were gone.
Heather has continued to help me with other pains, mainly around the thorax and join/muscle pains. I am a runner, and if it weren’t for her, I would probably not have been able to complete St George Marathon in 2021.
She has also guided and healed some of my family members who visited me on separate occasions from Chile. My family experienced severe emotional trauma. Having them here changed the energy I felt in my house, and so did they. After a session with Heather, my sister and my mum connected to the root causes and dealt with the emotional burden to a point where they could enjoy their time here and go back with guidance on how and where to search for healing and grounding techniques.
In my opinion, Heather is a gifted Reiki Master who has the gift of being able to connect with individuals on a spiritual level. She easily articulates the root cause and guides people on their healing journey. She is not only able to provide a nurturing healing space but she does it while performing true and deep healing.​

I had never had a Reiki session before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Heather helped me to feel comfortable immediately with her grounded and friendly nature. She read my tarot cards to get a deeper understanding of the issues. She created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere with music, a heated blanket, beautiful crystals, and lights. I’ve now had two sessions with Heather and will absolutely continue going to her. My body physically jolted when she cleared one of my toughest blocks. She offers wisdom and clarity after the session, as well. She took some time to debrief and tell me what she noticed and what I might expect to feel or things to notice that might help in the integration of the session. Her questions were always respectful and empathetic, which soothed and disarmed any defensive parts that came up at any point during the session.
